Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon organic lemon zest
2 Teaspoons organic lemon juice
1 Small organic clove garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and zest, garlic, and vinegar. Slowly pour in the olive oil, whisking it together until it is blended. Add salt to taste.
